To add polish to beer and to assist the action of isinglass. Use in conjunction with isinglass for brighter beer.
Accelerates the fining action.
Improves polish on the final beer
Reduces susceptibility to non-biological chill hazes.
Reduces the amount of isinglass finings required.
Ensure complete dispersion in beer prior to the addition of isinglass.
Dosage: 40 – 60ml per 25 litres.
